Whether you’re a prospective player, a parent/caregiver, a potential sponsor, a fabulous supporter, or someone interested in opening your own inclusive squash program this is the place to reach out and connect with us.

Registration is open!
First step: Complete and sign your three registration documents (informed consent, terms of participation, and health questionnaire).
Second step: Save your forms using a password and email them to Eric Hart (CISP Head Coach/Director) at e.hart@nl.rogers.com. In a separate email or by using another means to contact Eric (phone, Messenger, etc.), inform Eric of the password to open the forms. If you prefer to bring your completed documents to Squash, please bring them to your first session. Updated forms are required in January of each year.
Third step: Details on how to pay the registration fee will be emailed to you.
