What an exciting inclusive squash season starting this fall. We have added two new programs,
wheelchair squash and squash for people with low or no vision!

CBS Hot Shots inclusive squash program started in 2019 (then known as the Canadian Inclusivity
Squash Program-CISP) is the first official inclusive squash program in the world! Located in CBS-
NL, CBS Hot Shots offers three programs to youth and adults who often face significant
challenges and barriers to accessing sport and physical activity.

  • Neurodevelopmental Squash Program: Starting its 5th season, is designed for persons with
    neurodevelopmental disabilities (like Autism, Down Syndrome & ADHD).
  • Wheelchair Squash Program: Entering its first full season for persons using wheelchairs.
  • Low or No Vision Squash Program: New! Squash for persons with limited or no vision.

Sports wheelchairs, rackets and all squash gear provided free of charge.

The current practice times for our squash programs are as follows:

  • Mondays 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm Neurodevelopmental Squash Program
  • Fridays 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Neurodevelopmental Squash Program
  • Sundays 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Vision Impaired Squash
  • Sundays 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Wheelchair Squash

If space is available, sometimes we will run two squash programs concurrently.
